I would never buy another vehicle from this place ever again. The "service after the sale" is horrific. The communication is the worst. I was ultimately dealing with Harmony and was promised a charger to again. The "service after the sale" is horrific. The communication is the worst. I was ultimately dealing with Harmony and was promised a charger to go with my hybrid purchase. It's been a mouth now and I can't even get a return phone call. I had stopped in several times and was told it was ordered and still hasn't come in. I called again and was promised a phone call again when Harmony came in the next morning. She has not returned one single phone call of mine since my purchase. And she also promised me she's get me a lower insurance rate through her friend who is a broker. Several inquiries about that has gone unresolved as well. Never heard from this friend either. And just a side note, the service people can not follow simple instructions. Wouldn't get but a vehicle from this place or get it services there either. Worst experience ever. More

Cedric and the team at Jacobs made it so easy to just trade in my car and pick up my new one. I was not in the same city, and I was just able to show up and get into my truck.
