Unbeatable Customer Service I recently purchased my third vehicle form Moritz Kia in Hurst, Texas. My salesman Ceferino Zambrano was such a patient man. You see, I’m kind of ha I recently purchased my third vehicle form Moritz Kia in Hurst, Texas. My salesman Ceferino Zambrano was such a patient man. You see, I’m kind of hard please and when I walked in to the showroom for my first meeting he was ready and had multiple options of vehicles for me to choose from. Of course I didn’t like the options and asked him to change things up, needless to say he located a car that fit pretty much everything on my list. This was the first time I got a car that had everything I wanted in the package. My 2019 Sportage EX is absolutely beautiful. Ceferino even convinced me to go with a dark color exterior and interior, which I was not an option when I walked in. He listened to everything I had to say and never once showed any frustration when we sat down to run the numbers. He was able to get me what I wanted and then some. He may not have the expertise that of a senior salesman but he sure acts like he does. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied with their purchase. Everyone at the dealership is very customer oriented. You are greeted by someone as soon as you drive in to the parking lot. They are actually sitting outside in the heat waiting for customers to arrive. Thank you Ceferino and everyone else at this location. You made my buying very enjoyable. You've got my business. After determining what I was looking for, he provided a number of possible options insuring the things that were important to me were included and not wasting my time with options that were not what I wanted. He was very intuitive, sensitive to my personal situation, and followed through every step of the way, treating me like I was his only customer. Most importantly he listened, paid attention, was honest, and made me feel valued. I truly felt that my business was appreciated and important. I never felt pressured, and Cef treated me with the utmost respect. He called the next day to thank me, follow up on some things. Since the weather wasn’t good when they delivered my car, he offered to have my new car detailed after the weather cleared and to help me understand how to maximize all the features of the car and also assist in the programming, especially with my IPAD and IPHONE. Everyone was very nice at the dealership but Cef and Dereck really stood out from the rest! More
