After a rocky start, the general manager really came through. I had an issue with a service department manager about included maintenance with my purchase. The general manager became aware of the issue, called me directly, and went above and beyond in providing a resolution. I gave 4 stars as the problem should not have happened in the first place but I will be back as a satisfied customer. More

The new corporate decision to charge for rental cars reduces customer experience to that of a local repair shop. And a local repair shop would be a lot cheaper for equal repair. I drove the car maybe 6 miles from dealership to home and back and was threatened with $20 in service and gas fees if I didn’t fill up the tank (which was $2.96). It also wasn’t my fault the car could not be repaired same day. You didn’t have the part so I had to wait. I am in total support of charges for people who abuse the privilege of the loaner car, but this financially penalizes people just trying to take impeccable care of their car and makes us pay for when the shop cannot complete repairs on time. The Wayzata service team is great, but corporate will lose customers because you no longer provide a luxury car experience More

Had my oil changed and tires rotated today. Been going here for 20 years! Worst service I have ever received. Got there 10:30am. Was sat down at the persons desk. Waited several minutes. Fina Been going here for 20 years! Worst service I have ever received. Got there 10:30am. Was sat down at the persons desk. Waited several minutes. Finally a guy asked me does she know you’re here? I said no. He paged her and she finally showed up. Then she told me it would take until noon or latest 12:15pm (which I thought seemed long). So I waited in the reception area. Nobody showed up. Finally at 12:20pm I walk to service myself and i see my car parked there. It appeared to have been done long before the time given!! She was busy chatting with a coworker when I walked up and asked why nobody had gotten me. She told me she still doesn’t have my paperwork. What?! I’ve never heard that before. Paperwork is done immediately when the car is done. Then she proceeds to help another customer and told me to wait at another desk!! Doesn’t bother to grab my paperwork and get me out of there. Another guy finally checked me out. I was beyond annoyed!!!! So much so that I called in to speak to a manager! Tempted not to go back ever again! More
