John Maceachern was fabulous in terms of finding the right vehicle for our needs, answering every question we had throughout the process without any pressure with his goal being our complete satisfaction – which he accomplished! Everything went very smoothly with the sale, paperwork and the delivery of our L/Certified Lexus RX 450h. We are currently waiting for the arrival of a new Lexus TX with Bailey Gibbs in New Vehicle Sales – she’s also joy to work with being incredibly helpful and responsive.
