I brought my truck in at least four times and never got my repair done. The 4th time they didn’t even look at it the technician told me “what’s the use “ the service manager told me to never come back after an argument about repairing my truck the dealership manager wasn’t any help at all

I brought my truck in at least four times it never got fixed I called ford customer service and spoke with a guy in the technical department. He gave me a file number to give to the service manager. When making the appointment i requested having this information given to the service manager and asked to have him contact this person and make sure that he is available when my truck gets serviced. He then should contact this so that he can walk them through the process. This was ignored. So now I am no better off than when I started
