recall (s) I had recalls to replace door handles, ball joints & to install software to alert me if there was excessive piston wear. All of this was done in one day( except the door handles which had to be ordered) The customer service reps were very knowledgeable, in fact they alerted me to 2 of the other recalls of which I was never notified about, neither by Kia nor York Kia, ( where I had purchased my car) which has since gone out of business. Everything was done in the approximate time I was told. In the interim I was able to enjoy a cup(s) of coffee in the waiting area as well as to look @ the vehicles on the floor that were up for sale, All in all, it was a pleasant experience More

I don't know what else there is to say. The people are all friendly and service oriented. The only complaint I could muster up is the parking is tight. I feel for the staff having to maneuver vehicles there. They make it work, though and really, the experience us about the people and the relationships built. A+ to all the staff. More

Excellent as always. I’ve been coming to Kia Burlington for over a year now and have worked with Diego, Jen and Cesar for the entire time. Each time I come, I am greeted b I’ve been coming to Kia Burlington for over a year now and have worked with Diego, Jen and Cesar for the entire time. Each time I come, I am greeted by name and welcomed so warmly, which means a lot to me! They have always gone to great lengths to make sure my car leaves the premises better than it came in, and that is for every single visit. I’ve never had a problem at this dealership and will keep going! Blessed to see these guys and gal a few times a year! More

Handled with "Car e" My local dealership closed suddenly (leaving me without an oil change owed me) quite frankly, work hadn't been good. My husband had purchased a Honda My local dealership closed suddenly (leaving me without an oil change owed me) quite frankly, work hadn't been good. My husband had purchased a Honda thru Herb Chambers so we were familiar with the name & knew the quality of the work was always good in the past. Very friendly, didnt try to oversell (know what needs to done) I trust them all-Jennifer, Caesar & Tom sales associate. Only issue is distance, York was easier & if I'm without a car it is difficult. We do plan next year on purchasing a another car & most definitely from Herb Chambers always rely on kindness, timeless, quality of service-ill deal with traveling Burlington or whatever. More

Buy your car here, get it serviced elsewhere. I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that I bought an Optima here back in 2015, and have had it serviced(oil changes, tire rotations) ever since. They just lost a customer over a $15 part that takes 5 minutes to replace. Pros: Service and Sales staff were very nice. Get a wash and vacuum with any service(including an oil change) Prices are good Cons: The technicians don't care about your vehicle. I brought my car in because a piece of trim fell off the car and was under warranty. I still had the broken part, in case they needed to see what I was talking about, and instead of replacing the part, they just glued the broken damaged one back on, and it wasn't even done well... It wasn't lined up at all with the rest of the trim(very noticeable at a distance) and was scratched and damaged. I brought my car back today, and again, asked for this part to be replaced, the repair looks good, and since it was a warranty part, I wasn't charged. But they then left my car unlocked with the windows open in front of the service station.... In the middle of a rain storm... Thankfully I showed up just as it finished(coincidence, they didn't call), but if I had been 10 minutes later, it started raining really hard and this would have been worse. In short, the technicians have no pride in their work, and don't respect your vehicle. Go elsewhere. More

Horrible service! Simply an awful dealership to deal with. From sub par service, to an district manager who wasted my time and did nothing but say, too bad. I had horrible horrible customer service from Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington. It ran the gamut from not properly fixing my car, to making me sit in a dealership for over 4 hours while they try to call me on the phone about my car, even though I was less than five feet away from them. After that experience, having turned to social media with my story, they did reach out to me and came to a small financial settlement. They then proceeded to not honor the agreement they made with me. Over a month later and I still do not have the check they promised me I would have. I've been assured it's currently in the mail and I assured them that I would be using the money to spread the word about how horrific their customer service is. Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington, horrible customer service, a lack of intelligent action and the inability to follow through on a simple promise. More
