The dealership was active and I liked that, but customer service was a little off. They seem confused about was supposed to help me. The young lady that helped me was kind and pleasant, but was quick with h service was a little off. They seem confused about was supposed to help me. The young lady that helped me was kind and pleasant, but was quick with her words and not really open to questions. Everything was efficient, but I did feel a tad rushed. Overall good! More

Tire rotation and car wash is supposed to be included with an oil change. This is the 2nd oil change I’ve gotten at Chevy Webb and they did not provide full service. The first time I left a complaint the with an oil change. This is the 2nd oil change I’ve gotten at Chevy Webb and they did not provide full service. The first time I left a complaint the service person Favian called me and aggressively expressed how upset he was about my compliant.. he stated im keeping money out of his pockets! I call to report his behavior to Mike, left many voicemails with him and still to this day no response. Some of the employees that is representing Chevy Webb is not doing a great job representing the brand. More
