the shop is aweful. Got kicked out and told not to come back. Always had chevy, Family has bought atleast 4 new chevys from u in last few years.. In market for a new car. Lost sale as was workng with ceasar to find new car.. Working with Ceasar as he is awesome always. But tho he is awesome lost out sale as we can't go back. I'd give 0 stars if I could for the shop. If I choose chevy will never do heiser again. If car needs maintenance can't go in for service and not driving all around outside home area to fix. Never heard back from higher up after complaints filed. 400 to just look at car. 400 nuts. Spoke with uptown 180 max after viewing there cars. Indicated there is a cap. Not heiser. Then when getting a explanation on what they did, guy was blowing smoke to my dad. Then when dad asked what are u talking about he back tracked and said I dont know I don't work on it. We new what was wrong with the car, how 400 to do nothing? Very sad. Lana hands down the worst More
