Heiser's price for a new 2025 Cadillac XT5 was much better than the other dealers we checked with, as well as their offer on my trade-in. When we picked up the vehicle Cesar went above and beyond to install all the electronic connections, ie Onstar, My Cadillac app, etc. and made sure we had everything we needed to utilize all the great features on our vehicle. He even suggested that he check to see if I had any rewards on my old, seldom used, GM credit card. To my pleasant surprise, Cesar came back with $651 to take off the purchase price!! Thanks again, Cesar!!! He has followed up with me a couple of times since to make sure I had no issues with the vehicle and if I had any questions. Cesar was absolutely amazing today!
