Our experience with Cesar in short: polite, professional, thoughtful, and honest. He is the best sales we ever met (7 at 7 dealerships, 5 different brands). He knows the cars very well, was able to point out features/tips we overlooked, and was able to address our concerns like not having parking sensors. He has genuine interest in getting us the car we love, reminding us to check out all color options on their lot. He did not try to sell us any accessory or warranty that we didn't ask for. in fact when I asked about installing the hands free tailgate feature he advised me to wait because that feature might not be essential to everyone. Finally when it came to pricing. even though I wasn't prepared at time of visit, and was simply referring to truecar price, he was honest enough that we quickly came to a price which is very competitive and I would say even if I bought the car right away I won't feel regret later after doing all the research and getting quote from twenty different dealers. Valley Honda is also very impressive for the size and environment of its service department. unfortunately I didn't buy from them because I was looking for a specific color that the don't have on lot and I wanted the car in a hurry. would definitely recommend this dealership and Cesar for my friends and other buyers. More

Three years ago we purchased a Honda Pilot for my wife from a different Honda dealer and it left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I experienced dishonesty and high-pressure sales, and I just did not want to deal with that again. I came to Valley Honda referred by one of my coworkers. He spoke highly of his experience when he got his Accord and assured me I was not going to be disappointed. I was still skeptical, but boy was I in for a surprise. The entire experience was nothing short of amazing. The minute I walked through their doors I was warmly welcome, Jab the sales manager was already expecting me. He greeted and thanked me for coming in. He introduced me to Cesar, but not before offering me a nice cup of Starbucks coffee. Although Cesar is a young guy, he is extremely professional and polite. For the first time, my car salesman listened to what I wanted and did not try to pressure me to get something else. I was interested in a Civic and he took the time to explain the difference between the different models and recommended one after learning what I was looking for. Cesar was super knowledgeable and had no trouble answering all of my questions. We went for a test drive while Jab was working on my credit app. Cesar did an excellent job keeping me up to speed on the status of the process. The whole sales process was extremely painless. I had a car that matched exactly what I was looking for at a really really good price. As long as Cesar and Jab work at Valley Honda they have a customer for life... I am glad I was able to work with such a talented and friendly guys. I can honestly say Cesar is a trustworthy and honest guy. I highly recommend him. More
