My wife and I visited this dealership on 10/4/21 to purchase a new vehicle. We were promptly greeted by Cesar. The music in the showroom was loud, vulgar, explicit and x-rated. We were insulted, appall purchase a new vehicle. We were promptly greeted by Cesar. The music in the showroom was loud, vulgar, explicit and x-rated. We were insulted, appalled and embarrassed to be there. Three songs of the same nature played back to back. These songs explicitly described various sex acts and a woman's anatomy. We had initially asked for our car to be appraised for a trade in. While the car was being appraised we were subjected to this "music". Cesar returned with his sales manager and said that we could not be given an appraisal because the car we wanted to purchase was not available. We informed them that we would consider a different vehicle but the appraised value of our car was still not given. We asked for our car keys and promptly left. A complaint has been filed with Toyota Motor North America. More
