I Ordered a replacement key for my BMW during a service visit. The expectation was a few days to get a key- it’s been almost 2 weeks still haven’t gotten my key. Cesar is a very, very responsive service agent. I really appreciate his customer focus. I have two recommendations for the dealership: 1. The "kids" who help the service personnel like to stand aroun appreciate his customer focus. I have two recommendations for the dealership: 1. The "kids" who help the service personnel like to stand around as opposed to finding work they could be doing to better serve the customers. 2. After washing my car the "kids" left the car in the parking lot to dry resulting in water spots everywhere. There was hardly anyone at the dealership and the "kids" were just sitting around when they could have been drying the car. I would rather the dealership not wash my car if you are not going to dry it. More
