Great experience @ Morries Hyundai We picked up our new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe today at Morries Hyundai. Anthony was our salesman and was fantastic. He took the time to understand what We picked up our new 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe today at Morries Hyundai. Anthony was our salesman and was fantastic. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and then took plenty of time going over all the features of the car we eventually bought from him. He was very pleasant and made the whole process very easy. This is our second Hyundai we’ve purchased here and have always been treated very well. When we’re ready for number three, we’ll be back again at Morries. A+ More

Salesperson was fine but the financing was a scam I went in knowing they had the exact car I wanted. Cezanne figured that out and was straight forward and to the point the whole time. One thing I want I went in knowing they had the exact car I wanted. Cezanne figured that out and was straight forward and to the point the whole time. One thing I wanted to try and work out was financing my loan through SPIRE credit union. Lisa, the finance person, insisted that Morrie's worked with some of the best in the industry and because of Morries volume they were able to get much lower rates with the financiers that they worked with. I said okay and we move forward. Then she brings me terms that are incredibly high (6-7% for 6 years). When I told her I could get better terms at my bank she immediately said "oh, let me go see if I can get you a better rate".. Ten minutes pass and she comes back with a rate of 2.89% for 6 years. It's worth noting I told her SPIRE was offering terms of 2.9%. So now I have 2.89 for 6 years in front of me BUT Lisa tells me that the loan provider really wants to see 2 different insurance/maintenance coverage packages with loans that have interest rates this low. She is actually trying to sell me two different 'coverage' packages, neither of which count as actual insurance according to the state of Minnesota. So I'd still need to get regular car insurance. She is very insistent that these packages are important, not that expensive and "to get you these terms the loan provider really wants to see these covered." Eventually, I just have to firmly tell her no, I do not want them. Magically, all of sudden, that is alright and she walks away with a look of contempt and defeat. Apparently, they weren't as required as she made it seem. When we finally sit down to sign the final paperwork, my monthly payment is $80 dollars lower than it was when she brought out the 2.89/6year. Turns out, she had actually already included the cost of the more expensive package into my monthly payment and was just trying to sell me on the "inexpensive" nature of these two packages by only showing me how much the second package would affect my monthly payment. A bad scam artist. When I first starting writing this review, I had given Morries a 2-star rating. Now that I am finished writing it and have invoked all of the negative emotions of the experience I changed it to a 1-star. I do not recommend. More

Only at Morrie's I have been a Morrie's customer for 7 years now having purchased a Mazda CX-9 in 2010. My wife also picks up her company cars at Morrie's Cadillac ev I have been a Morrie's customer for 7 years now having purchased a Mazda CX-9 in 2010. My wife also picks up her company cars at Morrie's Cadillac every two years. The service and sales over the past 7 years has been impeccable, so when it came time to buy a third vehicle, staying within the Morrie's family of dealerships was a key. Morrie's Hyundai did not dissapoint. The sales and finance depts were great and look to the same service experience as we bring our new Sonata in for oil changes and tire rotations. More
