Friday afternoon visit I had a very pleasant experience at Hyundai overall because of Cezanne. She was personable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Shockingly Impressive I've worked in and around the car business for over 20 years. In my history, there are some common practices that border on unethical, but are comple I've worked in and around the car business for over 20 years. In my history, there are some common practices that border on unethical, but are completely legal. Most dealerships utilize those at every turn to maximize their profits in the short term... never realizing that consumers are getting smarter and once they figure out what happened, they don't come back. Morrie's is different. From the way they handled my initial visit to the follow up, sale and after the sale... it was impressive. A new bar has been set in this industry... one I am afraid most dealers won't even attempt to reach. Hopefully those dealerships will become a dinosaur of the past and Morries will become the fresh new way to do business in this industry. THIS is how you get people to become customers for life. We will certainly be looking to Morries for our car needs in the future. My sales rep was Cezanne and financing with Adara... but honestly, I have a feeling they are all well taught to give you the highest customer service experience. More

Pleasant experience! I talked to Cezanne about the vehicle I was interested in on the phone before arriving at the dealership . When I arrived, I could see she ad pulled t I talked to Cezanne about the vehicle I was interested in on the phone before arriving at the dealership . When I arrived, I could see she ad pulled that vehicle up to the building so I could see it as I entered the lot' She greeted me immediately as I entered the dealership and went out see the car with me. At this point I told her the color was not what I had pictured it to be. She drove me through the lot to show me the other colors available and promptly got the keys for the one I chose so I could take it for a drive. I was amazed at the ability she had to stay right on track when she was interrupted, which was several times! After each question she would go right back to where she had left off. When we returned to Morrie's, she made the purchase process go quickly and smoothly taking care to answer any questions. I was able to work with four women at the dealership that evening and they were all helpful, polite and friendly. I never felt pressured in any way. They were able to help me find financing that fit my budget. This was the first time in nearly thirty years I able to choose and purchase the vehicle I wanted without my husband. These ladies made it such a great experience! More

The service dept needs to know the cars better as well. I was told that the engine fan staying on after I turned off the engine was normal....I don't think so. More
