When I'm not helping people choose a car you'll find me and my partner whipping around the trails dirt biking, sitting by the fire camping or working out in the gym. Best part of my day is when I'm able to help a client pick out the vehicle that fits their needs. I especially enjoy helping people save money while getting into a new or newer car...whether it's through a lower car payment or a vehicle that gets better fuel economy. In the community I volunteer to help people develop public speaking skills, confidence and leadership skills through Toastmasters. VERY SATISFIED WITH THE RAV4 AND CHAD'S STYLE I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Chad was in helping us with our purchase. He even guided us to Farmer's Insurance and Kebby Sim I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Chad was in helping us with our purchase. He even guided us to Farmer's Insurance and Kebby Simpson. He not only was able to give us a great deal on our RAV4, but also through his recommendation was able to save us over a $100 a month on insurance. It doesn't get much better than that. WELL SATISFIED I was looking at some SUV'S at different places. I finally narrowed it down to a 2015 Cadillac SRX and a 2015 BMW X1. After a couple of test drives a I was looking at some SUV'S at different places. I finally narrowed it down to a 2015 Cadillac SRX and a 2015 BMW X1. After a couple of test drives and visits at each dealership, I decided to go with the BMW X1 , since it only had 7,000 miles on it and I liked the handling better plus the AWD feature. I had the pleasure to deal with Chad Adams, since my previous salesman retired. Chad was very professional, courteous and helpful. I really wanted to buy from this dealership since my past experiences were great. The Sales Dept. is great and the Service Dept. is exceptional, which always makes choosing easier. This makes my 13th car purchased from this dealership, with no regrets whatsoever. More

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Thorough, & Professional! Chad was great to work with! He answered all of my questions without making it too complicated. He made sure to take his time and ask the appropriate questions regarding how I would be using the car, my budget, features I would like, etc. At the time I wasn't sure if I should lease or buy (new/used). We sat down and discussed the pros and cons of each option as well as the deals that Toyota and/or Palmiero were able to offer, and if any of those deals could be modified in any way to benefit me the customer, not necessarily the dealer; a level of transparency I can honestly say I have never experienced with any other dealership. Before our test drives, he was sure to explain the unique features of each of the cars. During the test drives, he also asked questions about how the handling felt, how comfortable the car felt, sight lines, and so on. I would most definitely recommend Chad to anyone that is looking to buy or lease. At no point did I feel pressured into anything or feel like I was being a nuisance, as I tend to ask the same questions repeatedly. I ended up leasing and I'm very glad that I did! More
