We sat down and discussed the pros and cons of each option as well as the deals that Toyota and/or Palmiero were able to offer, and if any of those deals could be modified in any way to benefit me the customer, not necessarily the dealer; a level of transparency I can honestly say I have never experienced with any other dealership. Before our test drives, he was sure to explain the unique features of each of the cars. During the test drives, he also asked questions about how the handling felt, how comfortable the car felt, sight lines, and so on. I would most definitely recommend Chad to anyone that is looking to buy or lease. At no point did I feel pressured into anything or feel like I was being a nuisance, as I tend to ask the same questions repeatedly. I ended up leasing and I'm very glad that I did! More

He was not pushy or high pressure, he simply talked with my wife and I and determined our desires. He offered a truck that fit our budget, had the options we wanted, and completely filled our needs. Rather than offer something at a price we couldn't afford or didn't fit our needs, he showed us a truck that made sense to us. It was such an easy decision to purchase the truck after a short time with Chad. And he guided us through the paperwork process to make it quick and easy. Before we even left the dealership Chad had was already arranging the addition of some options we wanted and the truck was ready for us to pick up in a couple days. More
