I went in last time and they did a tire rotation and oil change. I drove home and the next morning my front left tire fell off my vehicle while i was driving. the dealer fixed the vehicle at their expense. change. Then When i went in for my next routine oil change and tire rotation they changed the oil but refused any other services. Now if i want my tires rotated, i must go somewhere else I was told i can never have my wheels and tires touched at this location. So, what i gathered was, they messed up and if i was going at a high rate of speed could have endangered my life and the lives of my family.. but I am a loyal customer but they refused my next request because they messed up. They also did not tell me this until i was in for the service. They mess up and penalize me. Dellen has a unique sense of loyalty to clients. It sucks beause my wife is in need of a car and she likes the grand wagoneer. Guess i will be going to another dealer. These guys are uniquely geared to not serve the client or capable of doing tire rotations.. Sad really. Specifically Chad Burgess refused me but never came out to talk to me as to WHY I am refused when his team was at fault and he admitted fault and paid for my repair. Weird. More

I had a wonderful experience having Dellen take care of a recall repair on my 2024 Dodge Hornet. Another Dodge dealer, which is much closer to my house, was completely unreasonable about scheduling the repa recall repair on my 2024 Dodge Hornet. Another Dodge dealer, which is much closer to my house, was completely unreasonable about scheduling the repair, claiming it would take 2-4 hours, refusing to schedule it at a convenient time, refusing to do any afternoon appointments, and getting downright obnoxious when I asked about getting a loaner car in case the repair really was going waste half of my day. At one point I was quoted a time nearly two months away for this work, which Dodge was calling an urgent safety issue. I called up Dellen, spoke to Chad in the service department, and was reassured that this would be a ten minute repair. They took care of my car that afternoon, and the whole process took less than thirty minutes. Fantastic service from everyone at the dealership. More

After getting a dash message about the air suspension on my Ram 1500, I took it to Dellen to have the problem diagnosed. I was told I needed a new compressor and valve body (horribly expensive but I don’t my Ram 1500, I took it to Dellen to have the problem diagnosed. I was told I needed a new compressor and valve body (horribly expensive but I don’t necessarily hold Dellen responsible for that). After the work was completed, Daniel called me and said the truck was ready to pick up after passing quality control. After picking the truck up it didn't take long to figure out the truck wasn’t riding correctly. It was sitting too low, essentially at the entry/exit height. I called Chad, the service manager, who sent someone to pick the truck up from my house the next day. It was determined that the ride height data had been cleared from the computer but not re-entered after replacing the components. I’m not sure how the truck could have passed any sort of quality control based on that. I would have rated my experience one or two stars lower if Chad had not provided door-to-door service for the rework. More
