Needed general service/oil change for my Volvo that I purchased last year. Due to Covid restrictions, I wasn’t sure how it would work. I called to make an appt. They offered valet service which turne purchased last year. Due to Covid restrictions, I wasn’t sure how it would work. I called to make an appt. They offered valet service which turned out to be one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. I was kept up to date on pick up & drop off times. Completely contactless exchange. Not impressed. Bought a one year old Volvo certified car - picked it up and it had not even been vacuumed out and had a half tank of gas. Questioned a few chips in the windshield and was told there was noth - picked it up and it had not even been vacuumed out and had a half tank of gas. Questioned a few chips in the windshield and was told there was nothing they could do. They don’t treat their used car buyers very well. Doesn’t make me want to ever buy anything (new or used) from them. More
