Ever since We purchased our s90 Volvo I’ve been nothing but satisfied and appreciative with everything they’ve done for me and how they treat there customer is phenomenal. Corey is my service guy and he’s always helping with his full potentially with every service I purchase with them that’s also making my car look amazing with led interior light to the new polestar software and all the accessories I enjoy with my vechile. There’s still more to do and can truly say Volvo is a lifestyle lol. I will continue to be a customer month by month. Thank you gorges Volvo and the best service team and parts team. Very disappointed with sales team. We trusted the sales person but he said that car play is available on the car. In fact the car doesn’t have car play. When we approached sales manager he wanted me to pay person but he said that car play is available on the car. In fact the car doesn’t have car play. When we approached sales manager he wanted me to pay 50% to install CarPlay. It is dealer responsibility to accommodate what promised while selling the car. I regret to buy the car from this dealer. I have been using this dealer for service for 7-8 years, service department is awesome, I never had issues with service. I really had very bad experience with car buying. I spoke to sales manager . He promised me that he check with general manager and get back to me but he never contacted me. I have been waiting for two months to get this addressed. More
