I was delightfully surprised by how informative & efficient Cedric was in this experience. I found Cedric to be just what I was looking for in a salesman. And the rest of the experience was spectacular minus that I had to return the next day to get our driver's licenses that the moneyman forgot to give us. I would never have mentioned this, partly because I should have remembered too. However, when I called back that night, they said to come in as early as 730 and they would be at the receptionist's desk. No one was there when I arrived at 745. Gut from service came to help only to find the pompous, not my problem manager come strolling in around 820 pretty much being rude about the whole thing. Which seemed wierd cause I wasn't mad at all, xxxx happens. More
