Appreciated Sam and Chad when I had to say goodbye to my 2005 Tacoma. The truck was supposed to come with running boards. Sam and Chad set me up with a different set and style that matches the exterior 2005 Tacoma. The truck was supposed to come with running boards. Other issue: ordered the cargo divider; however, I (and Sam and Chad) missed the fine print, which states that the divider is NOT compatible with a factory tonneau installed. That is one thing that should have the caught by Toyota employee, from either Sam, the parts department, or the installer. The divider needs to be returned for credit. All in all, my experience with Metro Toyota has been great. More
