My first day walking into the dealership, I made a haste decision when choosing a vehicle. I was not satisfied with my decision and my salesman was fairly new. He tried to cater to my needs but lacked the knowledge to provide me with options- I’m assuming he was never put in a position such as mine (*none of this was his fault*). He contacted his supervisor Mathew MacEachern who had sat down with me so that he could understand my predicament. Matthew was willing to work with me. He provided multiple options but I was still unsure with what route I wanted to pursue. After sleeping on my decision, I called in the next morning. The receptionist placed me in contact with their sales manager, Ben Heer. I assumed he would be reluctant to help, as the initial decision was already fixed. However, I was wrong. Ben went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied. He was less concerned with making a sale and more determined with making sure I was a satisfied customer. His kindness and professionalism resulted with me leaving with not one but two vehicles. I was pleased with his demeanor and representation for Suburban Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Troy. Bill Messina made this easy I know Suburban, we have purchased 2 Hyundai's from them and tried to purchase other cars from their different franchises. Apparently with no luck.. We tried to get our Jeep Cherokee there and that was a disaster because of a know it all sales person who didn't know how to listen. I have over 20 years in retail cars and boat sales and management so I know what I am talking about and I know the inside deal... I even worked briefly at a Suburban store, but thankfully I found Bill Messina by his ratings and gave them another try. Bill made this purchase effortless. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Bill Messina to anyone.. Call him you will be pleased. I got a New Ram 1500 Big Horn and I am completely impressed with this vehicle. They got me out of my Jeep lease and gave me an excellent trade value on my Mustang convertible. It all boils down to who you deal with at Suburban and the folks at Hyundai have been great for us.. and Bill Messina has got a new customer and when our Hyundai lease is up.. we will see Bill for a jeep for my wife. More

It’s about the little things! I’ve been wanting a Jeep since high school. I’m finally at a point in my life that I can have one. Tim at Suburban Chrysler of Troy not only was helpful in answering questions and locating the perfect Wrangler but was true to his word and called when he said he would call. He took the time to explain every part of the process and was patient with us first time Jeep owners. He made the process painless and easy. He allowed me to look at the 2008 Jeep Sahara without the being bombarded with sales talk. Rashaun worked with me and because of that I got a great deal on a vehicle that I have always wanted at a great price.
