The dealer had to keep my car for several weeks and when I got it back, there was damage to the windshield protection film on the windshield. Initially, I reviewed the damage with the service manager and sa I got it back, there was damage to the windshield protection film on the windshield. Initially, I reviewed the damage with the service manager and sales manager and they were supposed to get back to me on a resolution. No one ever contacted me again, even after two attempts on my part to contact the service manager. So now, I have a hold in my windshield protection film that some how occurred with the dealer was in possession of the car with no communications on a solution! More

Everyone that I’ve spoken to or been in contact with was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel like an inconvenience to anyone as I always do at other Audi dealerships.
