I am on my third lease with Audi Gilbert, and I literally have to drive past two other Audi dealerships to get my car serviced at Audi Gilbert - and I'm glad to do it, every time. Scott always takes great care to answer my questions. He's never rushed and never makes me feel rushed even when it appears to be a busy day. I appreciate the videos that the mechanics send, explaining what they are doing to my car. I highly recommend Scott and the whole Audi Gilbert team. Exemplary customer service and also exemplary automotive service. They get it done right the first time. More

They always explain what is happening with my vehicle and take time to show me through the videos what they are working on. I typically never wait, even on what appears to be busy days, and Scott is never ru take time to show me through the videos what they are working on. Audi Gilbert provides a welcoming environment with helpful staff. I purchased a car from them and have gone back couple times with questions. They are always helpful and work to resolve my items.
