That is untrue about Chad and the team at Nash Cheverolet. From the very start Chad was most helpful and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He wasn’t a high pressure salesman at all. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful. I also really enjoyed the fact that he looked me in the eye when speaking to me. I have never bought a GM vehicle but am happy to say that I have now and it was a great experience. More

He met us in the parkin We purchased our Chevy Traverse on September 6, 2018 from Nash Chevrolet. Our experience working with Chad Martin was amazing! He met us in the parking lot as soon as we pulled up and introduced himself. His warm personality drew us in and we knew immediately we wanted to work with him. He asked us about what our needs/priorities were and then showed us the Chevy Traverse inventory on the lot. He retrieved the key for the one we liked best, sat inside the Traverse with us and began showing us all the functions. He remembered the little personal things that were important in our decision making- like the fact that we have a toddler and needed the space and safety features for her, and that my husband is a tech lover and wanted a vehicle with the best technology available. He didn't pressure or haggle us. There was no awkward moment. We felt very comfortable with him. In fact, this was probably one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had. I'm not just saying that because of this review... We were trading in a 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 for the 2018 Traverse, and during our purchase of the Mercedes, we were not nearly as impressed with the sales staff at that dealership as we were with Chad at Nash. In fact, we almost walked away from the Mercedes purchase because of the condescending finance guy. The week before we visited Nash, we went to another Chevy dealership in Duluth and the sales staff and manager used the classic sales tactics on us, which were off-putting. None of that was an issue at Nash. Chad was the first person we met, and he set the tone for a great experience there; he even took the time to pose for a picture with us! We enjoyed the other staff too: The Nash finance specialist (can't remember his name) was quite professional and personable and got us out in time to pick up our toddler from daycare. The manager (can't remember his name) greeted us warmly; he recognized our 12-Stone sticker on our car and struck up a conversation. We highly recommend Nash, and please ask for Chad Martin when you visit! More
