Cedarville's Dealer is the Real Deal We were looking for a specific year/model of Jeep Wrangler. There was one in our medium sized Indiana town, and even though the dealer is one of the l We were looking for a specific year/model of Jeep Wrangler. There was one in our medium sized Indiana town, and even though the dealer is one of the largest in this region they care more about quantity rather than customer relation. True to form their salesperson didn't even acknowledge anyone else in the family, but me. We expanded our search and found a few other Jeeps and this one at JH Barkau and Sons in Cedarville really was the cream of the crop, but it was four hours away. I emailed with Tim and he texted me a personalized video of the Jeep. After that, we were on our way. When we got there Tim and the rest of the crew were low pressure, gave me a decent trade in (good bye old Wrangler, thank you for the 10 years), and even worked a bit after closing to complete the process. While they clearly sell a lot of cars, they also know that managing the customer is what really sells the car. It was a four hour drive to look at the Jeep, but Tim and the rest of the team made a human connection and the sale. They also love animals and that's a good start to knowing they are decent people. If they have your vehicle, four hours is a good drive to work with good people. Thanks Tim! More
