Our family has always purchased Ford vehicles locally in Millstadt, Illinois. Since our dealership closed - we had to search for our make/model "wish list" online and found it!! Thanks to a great salesman Millstadt, Illinois. Since our dealership closed - we had to search for our make/model "wish list" online and found it!! Thanks to a great salesman, Chad Plenske at Weber Ford - Granite City. He had the make/model sitting front and center on the dealership parking lot with a full tank of gas ready to test drive! We were not prepared or had anticipated making a decision to purchase a new car that day. Thanks to Chad and the Weber Ford Team - we ended up driving the new car off the dealership parking lot after an impressive and efficient trade-in and purchase of our "dream car"! Chad went above and beyond customer service support by staying after hours to finalize everything!!! We are very happy Ford customers ~ thanks for all you do! More
