Buying your child’s first car can be both exciting and nerve-wracking, but Chad made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was open, honest, and transparent every step of the way. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our decision. Even though he’s a new employee, you would never know it by the way he handled everything so professionally. He genuinely made us feel like we were his top priority and that he truly cared about our family’s needs—not just making a sale. That level of attention and integrity is rare and greatly appreciated.
