He kept me informed on inventory and periodically reached out to me via email/text. No pressure; just a sincere and professional effort to earn my business, which I appreciated. When it came time to select a vehicle and make a decision my main interaction was with Andrew Spicer. I don’t think I’ve ever worked with a more knowledgeable Honda vehicle sales representative. Andrew knows Honda vehicles inside and out. He not only worked with me to make the best choice possible, but took the time to go over in detail every feature in the vehicle. Again no pressure, just excellent customer service. I got a great deal including top dollar for my 2014 Honda Accord trade-in. Special thanks to sales/finance managers Chad Reed and Jacob Jeffers, for helping to make my purchase a great experience. Very impressed with the Space Coast Honda team! More

Not very forth coming. Shame on you Space Coast Honda. What should have been an easy clean automobile purchase...But not at Space Coast Honda. I summited an internet inquiry at 8:30 am. D’ Angelo Wilson What should have been an easy clean automobile purchase...But not at Space Coast Honda. I summited an internet inquiry at 8:30 am. D’ Angelo Wilson responded with a email and a phone call shortly thereafter. He quoted us on the vehicle that I inquired about from www.spacecoasthonda.com. At approximately 4:30 I called and he confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and available for purchase. I let him let him know we were interested and going to submit the online credit application and make a plan to come down to see the vehicle today. I called him shortly thereafter to let him know we were on our way and to have the vehicle out front and ready to go. He told us he was not going to be there for our visit and nervously flipped us to another sales person. I asked D’ Angelo to make sure that the vehicle would be ready for delivery since he would not be available. He then informed me that the car wasn’t there and had been sold. Really? In the last 5 minutes? This vehicle was for my wife. She called and spoke with Chad Reed, Sales Manager and was told that the vehicle we had been quoted an internet purchase price on had been sold days ago. He was apologetic and I appreciate that. The point is that our salesperson did not take the time or energy to treat potential customers with respect. Time is very valuable and he wasted our time... Why? Senseless lack of regard for others. Chad mentioned a different vehicle that was available that they would be happy to deal with us on. It makes one wonder if all this was just to get us there...
