****DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES DO BUSINESS AT SPACE COAST HONDA*** I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who purchased a vehicle from there in August. I was promised verbally and in writing by CASSIE HERNAND COAST HONDA*** I am a 100% Disabled Veteran who purchased a vehicle from there in August. I was promised verbally and in writing by CASSIE HERNANDEZ (Sales associate) an OUT THE DOOR price of 31,000....OF COURSE when I get there EVERYONE has amnesia and suddenly I dont qualify for my military discount anymore...and my 31000 OTD turned into over 38000 SMFH ****CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH**** I however had already promised my brother he could have my old car because he desperately needed a vehicle... So I went ahead with the purchase thinking the worst was over.... I WAS WRONG.... The finance office is where the REAL scams take place.. DARIUS DAUGHTRY who works in finance then told me i no longer qualified for a loyalty discount EVEN THOUGH I HAD PURCHASED MY LAST HONDA FROM SPACE COAST HONDA In 2020 smh.... he said it wasn't available in Florida .....TOTAL LIE.... and even if it wasn't a lie he would have known that prior to promising it to me .....he then attempted to push MULTIPLE unwanted add ons such as paint protection and other xx, even though I told him multiple times NO... after repeated "NO" he told me it was included with my car at NO EXTRA COST... When I received all my paperwork I failed to notice that the itemized Bill portion was missing....Mr DAUGHTRY did this so I wouldn't catch his lie... It was only during this past tax season when I requested an itemized copy of my bill so I can write off my new cars interest that I noticed that it was not included and was an add-on item.... I immediately returned to the dealership and canceled the paint protection and gap insurance.... I was able to pass my experience on to another veteran who was waiting in the show room who immediately got up and left and shook my hand and thanked me for helping him... ATLEAST ONE OF US IS HELPING VETERANS In case you're wondering.... THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS..... PLEASE understand I'm going to make it my life's mission to make sure that you never get another customer... and im gonna add your company and the people i dealt with there to every chat room, auto forum, Facebook group, YouTube channel, and any other side that has anything to do with auto retail... In closing.... If you wish to avoid Shady business practices such as bait and switch tactics and outright lies...stay away from SPACE COAST HONDA... If you are a Veteran....DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM SPACE COAST HONDA More

A Happy Customer! I remember getting my new 2020 Honda Accord Sport at Space Coast Honda back in December 2019. Edgar Ocampo was my Sales Rep, and with his excellent c I remember getting my new 2020 Honda Accord Sport at Space Coast Honda back in December 2019. Edgar Ocampo was my Sales Rep, and with his excellent customer service skills, I received a great deal! Recently, I had a horrible experience where my tire blew and came off my car while driving on the main road. I called Space Coast Honda to schedule an appointment for service, but was unsuccessful twice. Luckily, I still had Edgar's business card, so I reached out to him the next day explaining what happened. Edgar spoke to his Manager, John DeMasso, and they got me to come in the same day. I was able to get not only a new tire, but also my vehicle maintenance done in one visit. Thanks Edgar and John for your assistance, I sincerely appreciate it! Thanks as well to the Service Department for a job well done! I highly recommend this dealer! More

Edited review to reflect recent updates: Overall, I had a great experience with majority of the staff. Edgar was my salesman and the buying process was easy smooth and easy. Chad & Darnell did an awesome job about educating me on my options so that I got the best one possible. My biggest complaint is John DeMasso, to summarize all that happened. Came home with issues with my car that weren’t the most preventable. Edgar my sales man way eager to fix it and for us to bring it in. There was miscommunications in process leading us to having to drive back and forth because (hour commute) times we were supposed to be there to receive service wasn’t the clearest. As the situation got messy I called to speak to leadership to get on the same page with the and was transferred to John. John instead of being compassionate and helpful wanted to debate with me justifying the miscommunications and justifying why there was roaches in my car. I mentioned reviewing the situation and John blew up saying that he’s not going to help me and that I can take my car home. After seeing my reviews, John calls me yelling calling me a liar, saying that he never said he wouldn’t help me, which he did. John tried to negotiate helping me for me to take down my review, and made a bunch on unnecessary comments like “I’m 40 and your 25, you should grow up, you choose to buy this car” what does that even mean, i don’t know haha. I refused to take it down and John proceeded to brag about how this isn’t his first bad review and how he know how to talk his way out of it in the response. Darnell & Chad called me the next day apologizing for the situation. They were off that day and wanted to make things right by servicing my car. They were super kind & genuine, giving me clear instructions on how they plan to fix it. I’d hate to trash my whole experience for one person, minus the John incident my buying experience was very pleasant. I don’t regret buying my car from there. I really did not like my experience with John DeMasso at all, he should take a class on emotional intelligence & customer service. Overall I’d buy from them again, and would recommend them, I just wouldn’t work with John. More
