Service Work My service advisor was Chad. Chad was very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I scheduled my appointment because my AC was not working very well. My service advisor was Chad. Chad was very helpful, polite, and easy to work with. I scheduled my appointment because my AC was not working very well. I also requested a NYS inspection and asked that they generally check the vehicle over for other possible service needs. They determined my front brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, which did not surprise me because my vehicle has 67,000 miles on it and I had never had them replaced. The waiting room seating was well laid out for proper social distancing and cleaned a couple of times while I was there. I was very pleased with my experience. More
