Had to Replace my Engine I had some knocking in my engine, which has been going on for a little, question where and why the knocking started as this shouldn't happen in a bran I had some knocking in my engine, which has been going on for a little, question where and why the knocking started as this shouldn't happen in a brand new truck but this doesn't take away from the service I received. Eric helped me out and was great. I do have a problem in that I told them I wanted to sell my truck, as what could go wrong next since it's a year and a half old and the engine needed to be replaced. My truck was in the shop for a week and a half and I did not receive one call about trading my truck in which I instructed them this is what I wanted to do. Then when i did receive my truck after the week and a half, I made it clear that I wanted to buy a new truck and a vehicle for my wife. The sales department did not call me for another week, I was just leaving school when they did finally call, so I asked if they could call back tomorrow after school and I would talk about buying two new vehicles. It is exactly two weeks now since that last call and they have not called back, guess now I will be buying two new vehicles at another dealership. More

Payment Process Needs Work There needs to be a better way to form a line to access the Payment Center. Staff cut in front of me while I was waiting to pay. There is no good sp There needs to be a better way to form a line to access the Payment Center. Staff cut in front of me while I was waiting to pay. There is no good spot to stand while waiting in line to pay and stay socially distance from other customers. When I was ready to pay, there was a staff member standing at the counter. He was texting on his phone, so it was hard to say if he was waiting or just standing there. There was an occupied chair near the counter, so I had to stand back from them. Another staff member then walked past me to the counter. At first, it just looked like she went to talk to the person already at the counter, but he then left and she conducted her business. This was very upsetting. Maybe staff should have an alternate route to the Payment Center or a roped-off path that clearly lets everyone form a line. More
