Oil change and tire rotation. I am not impressed with the service I have received the last few times I had my vehicle maintained. Previously you were updated on the service and it I am not impressed with the service I have received the last few times I had my vehicle maintained. Previously you were updated on the service and it doesn't happen as much as it used to. I requested a tire rotation last time and it was not done due to the tire tread but I was not given the option to make a decision. I did not receive a survey after my last visit to respond to this issue.The tires are only 2 years old. Steve Kane was the team member. The PSi on my vehicle showed 30 when I brought it in and yet it didn't seem to be checked. According to the vehicle it should be 33 PSI. Shouldn't someone put some air in the tires--what is the point of checking them. Also while waiting for the vehicle I received a text message from the dealer saying if I had any questions to contact Steve Kane--not sure why. Usually I prefer to have Chad for my service because he has always been very friendly and helpful. However, things seem to be different at the service department. Not sure I will take my vehicle back to this dealer for service or purchase another vehicle at this dealer. More

I would like to do a review on an ipad device right after I get my car back or get a text with a reminder. Otherwise, I will not remember. Also, everyone should have their face pic online because I recognize a person more by their face then their name. More

I bring my 2014 Altima to my dealership, for all maintenance because they fix it right and I can rely upon that knowledge. They work with you to make sure that the repairs and maintenance are done o maintenance because they fix it right and I can rely upon that knowledge.
