He was very polite and very knowledgeable. My cars were expertly worked on and to top it off both received free car washes (a service I appreciate). I dropped off both cars and even received a call from Chad about changing out two filters on the Rogue Sport which I appreciate before they were just installed. I also appreciate the coupons I receive to help with the bill but most importantly I love the free oil changes. So kudps to the Chad and the entire Service Department from the advisors, technicians and the cashiers! More
