We felt the negotiation was very fair and working toward a common goal instead of the usual hated experience of trying to take advantage of customers that turns off car buyers and makes it so unpleasant.—We had such a great experience with Chad. Everyone at the dealership was amazingly friendly. When we went to pick up the Tahoe Jeff Seibert the business manager was very friendly and professional as was the hilarious Jennifer Schoon from the parts business. Steve Nisbet is the sales person who sits next to Chad and even though he didn’t sell us the vehicle he chatted with us and was such a fun guy and a great representative of the Ryan brand. After 45 years of driving/buying quite a few cars this was clearly the BEST experience we ever had! We highly recommend Chad Robertson and Ryan Chev to all of our friends!! More

Great experience I stopped in with the intention to just look and see what was available for new trucks. Chad showed be a couple of options and got me into the truck t I stopped in with the intention to just look and see what was available for new trucks. Chad showed be a couple of options and got me into the truck that I really wanted, he did not want me to settle on something that was close to what i was looking for. Everyone that I worked with was great. i have got trucks from 3 different dealers and looked at many others and this was by far the best and easiest transaction I had. More

Not Enjoyable First Car Experience We were interested in purchasing a Tahoe that needed some repairs. We were willing to take the vehicle as-is and fix the repairs on our own, however, We were interested in purchasing a Tahoe that needed some repairs. We were willing to take the vehicle as-is and fix the repairs on our own, however, they would not be fair regarding a price. After a few days go by, they ended up negotiating an okay price (for us to still fix the issues on our own), but I could have taken the vehicle home on Day 1 but instead it took 5 days. Also, I wasn't too impressed of our salesman's knowledge regarding the vehicle features. Good thing I really liked the Tahoe because he did not "sell" the vehicle. More

Steve, Chad and the rest of the sales team is very knowledgeable about their vehicles and very pleasant to work with (even with an energetic 4 year old hanging around with you on the sales floor). They offer the best value on your trade and great incentives on your new vehicle. Financing is a breeze because Jeff will be able to set you up with competitive financing and explain all warranty options without trying to sell you anything you don't need. It was a great buying experience and I will definitely be back for my my next vehicle! More

The service department was great and a much better value than in the cities. I talked to Chad about a brand new Traverse. He laid out the benefits of that vehicle but also encouraged me to look at the new Blazer. We needed the extra space, so the Traverse made more sense for us. Chad had multiple customers that day, but he was attentive to them and us and asked his Sales Manager, Brian, to help as well so we never felt neglected. We agreed to the price and took advantage of some of the incentives. Brian and Chad got us more for our trade in than originally offered to get the transaction done. The service was great and we love our new Traverse! More

Great Truck Chad was the rep we talked to when we went to Ryan Auto Mall. I had just clicked online to say we were interested in the truck and within about 20 min Chad was the rep we talked to when we went to Ryan Auto Mall. I had just clicked online to say we were interested in the truck and within about 20 min Chad called us. Really appreciated him reaching out to us. We left that afternoon (Monday) and got there Tuesday and test drove the truck and checked it all out. It was as advertised. Was exactly what we were looking for.Bought it Tuesday and headed home to Nebraska. All the sales team were very nice and even helped us with which highways to head home on. Thanks to all you guys and gals. Thanks Chad for keeping in touch!! More
