My experience was very good from beginning to end. Cars that are advertised are available (no bait and switch), the prices were on the lower side compared to other dealers I checked. When I expressed concern that the vehicle would need to pass PA inspection, Bob had it inspected (in PA) and had the oil changed as well. I felt very comfortable - not at all pressured, and was treated as a valued car buyer, not just a woman. I just got back from my own mechanic who checked the car out for me and he says it's a sound vehicle with no problems. Thank you Bob & Chad. More

There are a lot of dealers on that particular site. I love the site, but buyer beware - go physically check the sellers out - at least do a "drive buy." Chad (part of the father-son team of Bob/Chad @ Auto Direct) was frank with me from the get-go - they don't deviate from their advertised price; The price they advertise online was the price you pay - take it or leave it (politely). That's OK, the price - for a 1999 Nissan Pathfinder SE, V6, auto, loaded (leather, 4WD & Bose) in my case - was fair, at just about market price as I researched it. My plan was to find 10 vehicles that I liked, narrow it down by price and geography to seven and then test drive five. I found three I was ready to buy and then I actually decided to go with the Pathfinder at Auto Direct because I appreciated the attention to detail and no-nonsense approach they take there. Very good experience overall. More

There was no pressure to buy which gave me a good feeling there. I had been in the car business for a number of years and prided myself for always having fair dealings with my customers. It was very refreshing to be on the consumer side and enjoy the process. The people were great and the inventory was quite impressive. I will definitely recomend them to any of my friends looking for a great pre-owned vehicle. More
