I was in the market to replace my current pickup with something newer. Being a local resident, I was familiar with the location of this dealer and their website. On Monday February 4, 2013 I was killing time and browsing their inventory on their website when I came across a 2004 Ford F-150 4x4. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition at a great price so I drove to the dealer for a closer look. The vehicle was in the detail shop when I arrived, because it was a new arrival. Mike walked me into the detail shop so I could check out the truck up close. He was very friendly and answered any questions I had while I was inspecting the vehicle. I walked into the sales office and met with Bob and Chad who greeted me with a smile and handshake. I told them how I was interested in the vehicle and asked if they would mind if my mechanic (who happened to be located just down the street) could take a look at it before we sat down to talk. Bob had no objection in my request and they even dropped the vehicle off and picked it up from my mechanic themselves! My mechanic had nothing bad to say about the truck and even told me the price was a great deal. The next day i returned to Auto Direct and spoke with Bob and Chad again. As always they were very friendly when I walked in the door. Another customer was also inside the sales office purchasing her second vehicle from Auto Direct and spoke very highly of the customer service and condition of the vehicles which was reassuring. Chad told me they had 7 people inquire about the same vehicle since I had seen them last. I told Bob I would like to purchase the vehicle and would come back the next day to finalize things. I asked Bob if I should leave a deposit so no one could buy the vehicle from under me and he said not to worry he would not let someone purchase it before I did. Now that is customer service!! Wednesday morning I picked up the truck and signed the papers and the shop staff had fixed some minor things before I came in that day. Chad got me great financing, and was always ready to answer any question or explain things in detail before the papers were signed. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the way I was treated at Auto Direct. These guys know how to treat their customers! I would recommend them to anyone! More

I am from Michigan; 5 hrs north of Detroit. I was so skeptical doing this. I found a car to buy; it just happened to be in New Jersey. So I was faced with either driving another car all the way out there or fly there and drive back. Both option were a very high risk. I talked to Bob for 2 weeks. But still couldn't comit to doing this so far apart. I looked at cars closer to me, but always found myself coming back to the car in New Jersey. I started to have a more of seroius talk with Bob about the car. Come to find out, Bob was just as nervous as I was. He didn't want me disappointed. Didn't want the car to be something it wasn't for me. He offered to take further pictures and videos showing any part of the car I wanted to see. He then offered another source to come look at the car. A third party source ... Well in 2013, you just don't meet companies like AUTO DIRECT CARS that are honest business men. We ended up flying out there and AUTO DIRECT CARS did something that showed me they didn't have anything to hide. They met me at the air port. Picked me up in the car I was buying. The car was better then the pictures showed. We met with Chad. A professional business man! He was willing to spend the whole day with me. However, the whole process took 53 min and I was driving back to Michigan - very very happy! I bought the car for my wife, so this was a big win for me. I feel it was made to be so easy because Bob and Chad were shooting so straight with me. I never had one surprize. They had prepared me for everything I needed! They gave me answer to questions that I didn't even think to ask. Even though I am from Michigan and I am in automotive I should be able to find what I am looking for from here. But I know I will never deal with people like Bob and Chad. My next purchase will be from them. More

What a breath of fresh air is Autodirect. Bob and Chad are the greatest guys and helped me out quickly with my transportation issue. Their trade in value was very good for my vehicle, and I was processed in a half hour once I decided on the car that I wanted. I didn't have to compromise and was able to go for a little more car than I anticipated. I am completely satisfied with these guys. I think if Bob and Chad didn't take good care of me, Dad might give them "what for". It's like buying from a good trusted friend. Their prices are a little under book value as well. I don't remember the lot guy's name, but he ran around with me to make sure I had keys to every car I wanted to look at. Bob even went out while Chad was handling my paperwork and waxed my car and made sure that it was spruced up for me to drive away. He even offered a detail job every year that I own the vehicle. After checking out multiple cars in my local area and not finding one that drew my attention, I decided to expand my search and stumbled upon the Auto Direct Cars website. There I found a variety of cars that interested me, but the 2005 Scion tC stood out the most. My first visit to the dealership was to inspect the vehicle and was quite surprised by the size of the dealership. The car looked exactly as pictured and I was surprised once again by how well-maintained the car was for being a 2005. I returned a few days later to purchase the vehicle. On both visits, I was met and assisted by friendly and helpful gentlemen who provided a very comfortable environment. They even went out of there way to take the vehicle to the gas station to fill the tank and check the tire pressure as well as a complete system inspection before I drove the car home. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends or family looking for an affordable and good quality vehicle. More

When I saw the van I wanted, I was very pleased because it was one with the low mileage I wanted (less than 60,000) and the price was good. Even though I had to purchase a warranty, I was ok with this since the auto came with a clean carfax report. I also appreciated the fact that both the mileage and price were quoted. Some other vans that looked good with low mileage did not give price. In fact, almost all, if not all, with low mileage had no price -- you had to call. I am a no-nonsence person who doesn't like to go through unneccessary steps, so I was turned off by this. I was able to reach someone at Auto Direct, Bob, right away to set up an appointment. After doing so, I realized I had not checked dealership out with BBB; something I always do now, having been burned so many times before. I did, and to my surprise, not only was Auto Direct listed, but they had an "A-" rating. I thought I was seeing things. This is unheard of for a used auto dealership! I think I closed out and came back two more times to make sure I wasn't seeing things. When I was sure of it, I shared this info. with my husband and I could tell he was much more at ease about me getting the car. Bob told me what I needed to bring if I was serious about purchasing this vehicle, and said his son, Chad, would work with us. Chad, came outside to meet us, when I called and said we were on the lot. He was refreshingly professional, providing us with info. on other vehicles he thought we might be interested in; everyone treated us as if we had just purchased a brad new car. After we arrived at home, we noticed a chip in the glass, very small crack, but before I could call, Bob contacted me to see if we were happy with everything. (Who does that?). When I told him about the crack, he didn't just apologize, but told me who to call and said he would pay for it. I was very happy to hear that and told him so. His reply, "I told you, I'm in it for the long haul." This will be our dealership from now on. Other dealerships should read Auto Direct reviews and try to follow suit. For sure, they'd have less headaches and much happier customers. More

My buying experience could not have been more pleasant had I had planned it. I walked into the sales office & mentioned a few cars I had seen on their website. After trying to get some insight from the sales person(who was relaxed & straightfoward,in a professional manner) ,he grabbed a few keys & lead me over to the areas where the vehicles were at. At this point he told me to take all the time I needed to look at the cars & If I needed any info or wanted to take a test drive to come in ,so that I might do so! After deciding that I was interested test driving a very "clean"(inside & out)2003 Hyudai Sonata, I let the salesperson(Chad)know so that he could have a few vehicles moved . After a satisfying test drive I decided that this was the vehicle I wanted .WeS shook hands upon my confirmation of my decision & went on to finish the business portion of my car buying transaction.
