I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a great price. I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price. I was looking on the Internet for a car for my daughter who was turning 17 soon. I found a car that we both liked and was directed to the website of Auto Direct Cars. I've lived in this area my whole life who was turning 17 soon. I found a car that we both liked and was directed to the website of Auto Direct Cars. I've lived in this area my whole life and never knew or heard about them. They were only about 5 mins from my house so we quick took a ride over. We were looking at a 2006 Honda Civic. Wow! What a selection of cars. The price was a little to high for what I wanted to spend on a first car for my daughter. We continued to look but couldn't make up our mind on anything. I continued to look on their website during the following week. I saw a couple of Toyota Corollas and went over and checked them out. I was not pressured by anyone on either of my visits. The 2nd Corolla I looked at, a 2003 with 115k miles, caught my attention. I took it for a test drive and really liked it. My daughter was really going to be suprised for it was to be her b-day present. Needless to say she absolutely loves it! Everyone at the dealership was very courteous and professional. They seemed to want to bend over backwards to help you. There was never any hassling or harassing like at some dealers. They showed you to the cars you were looking for and basically let you be. It was a great experience for myself and my daughter. I will definitely come back and also recommend Auto Direct Cars to my family and friends. Thanks again for making it a special b-day for her . We found a 2004 Buick LeSabre on line at Auto Direct Cars and purchased it replace a 2000 Buick Century with an odometer reading over 400,000 miles. We found a 2004 Buick LeSabre on line at Auto Direct Cars and purchased it. Bob and Chad made the entire process easy and it was a pleasure doing business with them. That same Buick LeSabre was totaled two weeks ago. We decided to look for another Buick to replace it. Kathleen and I, almost together said why don't we go back to the Rothbergs at Auto Direct Cars. Kathleen went on line and found a 2003 Buick Park Avenue that looked like a new car. I called Chad the next morning and the rest is history, Yesterday I purchased the Park Avenue from Chad and again the service was excellant and the experiance was first rate. On a personal note, I have always had an interest in family history and when I entered the office there was a gentleman standing next to the door. I began talking to him and found out that he was Bob's Father, Bill, this impressed me that right in this room stood three generations of one family in the same business. I have been to many local used car dealerships over the last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. After visiting Auto Di last several months, since I had some time to make a decision I wanted to choose the best car I could find in my price range. After visiting Auto Direct and then shopping around I realized that no one out there beat Auto Direct in these areas: The selection of cars is amazing, there were several that fit my budget that I had to choose from. There was absolutely no salesman pressure! They were there and helped when they were asked, but they allowed me the time to wander the lot which was a welcome relief compared to other places I had been!. And most importantly, once you know what you want, Chad leads you through EVERY step. He advised me on some issues where I truly felt he had my best interest in mind. I was never told what I needed to do, I was told to let them know what I needed and they made sure it got done! When I picked my car up a couple little issues were attended to promptly and with great care by Bob. I feel confident that I can go back to Chad or Bob with any last question or issue that may arise and I will be met with the same great service and quality care! A friend who was with me when I picked up my car was so impressed he is already planning on contacting Chad soon for a truck! I will be sure to refer anyone looking for a used car to Auto Direct More

I have purchased several vehicles from this lot over the years and have been pleased with each vehicle. All the vehicles previously purchased are still in service. I was first directed to this lot by a pe years and have been pleased with each vehicle. All the vehicles previously purchased are still in service. I was first directed to this lot by a person at church who purchased one or more vehicles here and was pleased. I saw the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Chad provided the information on the vehicle and facilitated a test drive. I decided to purchase it. Chad determined during the test drive that an item needed to be repaired and thereafter had it repaired prior to delivery the next day. I have checked and tested the vehicle and its features and equipment. Chad extended an additional courtesy to me by having Bob follow me and drive the car I purchased to my nearby home. I will be placing Chad's business card on our church bulletin board in order that others may consider purchasing a reliable used vehicle at a reasonable price from a reputable dealer. More
