17 years of great service First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only A First bought and serviced an Acura from Rallye in 2000 when Mike Denfeld, whom I know as Dr. House, was my first Service Advisor. I have owned only Acuras since 1988. He sometime later got a promotion and was a tough act to follow (see my review). Chad Tammaro took over as my Service Advisor and I have maintained 100% confidence I am still getting the best possible service. Enza Comito came aboard at some point and took that up a notch or 2. Both my wife's and my Acuras' have consistently been maintained in perfect running condition which is my expectation from Dealer service. More

Great Service. Service staff very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't buy the car from this dealership there was no discrimination when the Service staff very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Even though I didn't buy the car from this dealership there was no discrimination when the car needed servicing. If I buy another Acura I would buy it from them. Never Disappointed With Rally Acura's Fantastic Service!! I needed new tires and as usual, I received wonderful customer service as well as top-of-the-line tires at a discounted price. Chad Tammaro has to be I needed new tires and as usual, I received wonderful customer service as well as top-of-the-line tires at a discounted price. Chad Tammaro has to be one of the best dealer service reps I've ever encountered (I've encountered ALOT) and does wonders for Rallye Acura's name and brand. I was able to drop my car off and pick up a loaner with ease and I got great advice regarding the wheel alignment and tire types. I also got my car detailed and it looks brand new. And to top off this fantastic experience, they changed my oil on the house! I am never disappointed when I take my car (my baby) to Rallye Acura and Chad T. is simply awesome!! :) More

Never Disappointed I just had to bring in my car for routine maintenance and as always I saw Chad. I never dread having to go to Rallye because I know that Chad will an I just had to bring in my car for routine maintenance and as always I saw Chad. I never dread having to go to Rallye because I know that Chad will answer all my questions, recommend only whats needed and make the entire experience from drop off to pick up easy and enjoyable. I am always impressed that with all the people he deals with Chad always makes me feel like part of the family asking about my daughter or the recent vacation I went on. He provides personalized service and that's why I won't go to anyone else, or to anywhere else. More

Service I have a 9 year old MDX. I received a warranty extension for suspension components if they were leaking and causing a clunking noise. At Ralley Acura I have a 9 year old MDX. I received a warranty extension for suspension components if they were leaking and causing a clunking noise. At Ralley Acura ,where my car has been maintained since I purchased it, the car was evaluated and a determination was made that all four dampers were leaking and needed to be replaced. This was done at no cost to me. I had to leave the car and was given a new MDX as a loaner. The following day the work was completed. I am totally satisfied with Rallye Acura. More

During our nine years, we have had a great relationship with various staff members: Joe Filardo, our first sales person (now in finance); Service department:Chad Tommaro has assisted my husband when the cars were bought in; Enza Comito who helped navigate a rental while waiting for our airbag; Keeyoung Moon has also helped us Reza Lavaie was our sales person. We found him to be personable and professional,. He understood our needs as we during prior visits, calls and emails (he responded to them after business hours-very impressive) On Oct 13th, we signed our 5th lease. Lastly Niko Tserpelis, product coordinator, had the patience of a saint as he explained all the new features of the TLX. Niko who was with the service dept., and remembered my husband from bringing in our cars int he past. Niko said to come back any time for further lessons (we will take advantage of that) Jay Rosenthal you have an incredible staff and should be very proud of the dealership.
