Rallye Acura is, imho, probably one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with and a lot of that has to do with how they they treat their customers AFTER one purchases or leases a vehicle from dealerships I have ever dealt with and a lot of that has to do with how they they treat their customers AFTER one purchases or leases a vehicle from them. That said, their Service Department is outstanding and very eager to please. For the past six years, my wife and I have had the pleasure of being "pampered" by Chad Tammaro, who in my opinion, is why many people are repeat Rallye Acura customers. Chad always goes the extra mile to provide a worry-free service experience and is acutely aware of how to meet customer's varying needs. Thank you Chad. Thank you Rallye. More

Chad is a pleasure to work with. He is courteous and knowledgeable. You give him the problem and he comes up with solution. He is looking to help you complete the service as soon as possible. The service and attention Rallye gives its customers is probably the best of ANY dealership. They value loyalty and their staff go out of their way time and time again to ensure complete customer satisfact probably the best of ANY dealership. We owned two Acura cars for a while and I couldn't think of anywhere else to go for services. Yesterday I had my Mdx and today I had my Tsx serviced. My service consultant, Chad Tammaro, was so helpfu think of anywhere else to go for services. Yesterday I had my Mdx and today I had my Tsx serviced. My service consultant, Chad Tammaro, was so helpful and friendly. He made arrangement to have the job done as early as possible while still maintaining the high quality of the work. He also tried getting the best price deal possible. One thing said it all: when the car was ready around noon time yesterday, it was pouring outside. Chad even jumped into the rain and delivered the car to the door personally, just to make sure his customer staying dry in such a rainy day. That was not just service, it was care and friendship. Yes, here you will feel more likely being at a friend's house rather than in a presumably "hostile" dealership. Noteworthy, the quality of jobs done by technicians were supereme. And the receptionist here, Ms. Enzo Comito, is a great addition to the pleasant experience. She is always cheerful and willing to help customers anytime when needed. Overall, I don't think I will change the make of my cars any time soon, primarily because of Rallye. More

The service I receive at Rally Acura always makes me feel great. Even though Rally Acura is farther away from my home than Paragon, after my first visited, I decided that this is the place I should come for great. I was at RallyE twice for service for my 2008 TL a couple months ago. I had a phenomenal experience on both occasions!! The service consultant that worked with me was Mr. Chad Tammaro both times. Chad is a months ago. I had a phenomenal experience on both occasions!! The service consultant that worked with me was Mr. Chad Tammaro both times. Chad is an active and attentive listener. He payed close attention to the details I provided and wrote down notes of exactly how I was experiencing the issues with my car. Chad explained everything to me from start to finish and proved himself to be a competent individual that provided me with an exceptional customer service experience. I give Mr. Tammaro complete credit for making my experience of having my car serviced at RallyE a memorably positive one. I will return in the future and look forward to future hassel free experiences. More

Rallye was able to squeeze me in on a busy Saturday and fix my tire issue. I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impr I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impressed working with him to buy the MDX. I had visited several other Acura dealers getting price quotes, test driving, etc.. When I got to Rallye, Chris was definitely the most professional and easiest salesman I had dealt with. He seemed like a straight shooter, I had told him I already visited other dealers he worked with me to get the best deal (which included a trade in). I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again. In the 3 years I have had the car, even though I live in Dix Hills and there are other Acura dealers closer to me, I still go to Rallye for all my service needs due to their excellent customer/car service. Yes, as with any dealership services it does cost a bit more for most types of services as compared to non-dealership car servicing places however, when you get it done at Rallye you can be confident it is done right, in a timely fashion and the prices are definitely not outrageous. While you wait you are provided all the amenities (coffee, wifi, tv, phone charging station, etc...). Or if the service takes longer, I have never had an issue getting a loaner. I think Rallye gets it, provide great service and the customer will see value in it and return, which I do. I have worked with Chad, Enza and KeeYoung in the service department they are all very professional, courteous and attentive to all the customers needs. I would recommend Rallye Acura servicing to others. More
