I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impr I bought my MDX from Rallye Acura in 2010 and Chris Bello was my salesman. I just wanted to go back and give him a shout out since I was very impressed working with him to buy the MDX. I had visited several other Acura dealers getting price quotes, test driving, etc.. When I got to Rallye, Chris was definitely the most professional and easiest salesman I had dealt with. He seemed like a straight shooter, I had told him I already visited other dealers he worked with me to get the best deal (which included a trade in). I would definitely recommend him to others and would use him again. In the 3 years I have had the car, even though I live in Dix Hills and there are other Acura dealers closer to me, I still go to Rallye for all my service needs due to their excellent customer/car service. Yes, as with any dealership services it does cost a bit more for most types of services as compared to non-dealership car servicing places however, when you get it done at Rallye you can be confident it is done right, in a timely fashion and the prices are definitely not outrageous. While you wait you are provided all the amenities (coffee, wifi, tv, phone charging station, etc...). Or if the service takes longer, I have never had an issue getting a loaner. I think Rallye gets it, provide great service and the customer will see value in it and return, which I do. I have worked with Chad, Enza and KeeYoung in the service department they are all very professional, courteous and attentive to all the customers needs. I would recommend Rallye Acura servicing to others. More

The Rallye Acura dealership in Roslyn is the best! They are always extremely attentive and willing to check out anything that I ask them to check. As an example, this Monday, I brought my 2007 MDX in for are always extremely attentive and willing to check out anything that I ask them to check. As an example, this Monday, I brought my 2007 MDX in for routine maintenance. I mentioned to Chad Tammaro that there were some very small noises coming from the front-end that were hard to describe or reproduce. Chad was kind enough to send one of the technicians to ride along in case I could possibly reproduce the noise. It took a few minutes, but I was finally able to reproduce the noise - and the technician immediately knew what he had to look at. Other dealerships and other brands would be all too willing to explain it away as the usual noises that SUV's make from time to time. ( believe me, I've had it happen.. ) Enza Comito was also very helpful in following up on the order and making sure the service was top-notch. Not at Rallye Acura - they got to the bottom of it right away and ordered the necessary parts to do the repair - no excuses, no stories.. This is the first Acura I've owned and it's been a rock solid vehicle. Add in no-hassle, top quality service like this and I will definitely be coming back for another Acura when the time comes. I also tell people who are in the market for a car to go with Acura and go to Rallye Acura in Roslyn - you guys are the best. I've also worked with Mike Denfeld in the past and he has been great about making sure I get the best service possible. More

I have worked with Chad Tammaro since I have purchased my TL back in 2008. I find Chad to be very diligent and meticulous in his servicing of my auto..He will review all findings and make suggestions that ke TL back in 2008. Chad has worked with me to be competitive in pricing which makes going to Rallye for service even more pleasant knowing I am getting a reasonable price for very good work. I am advised of coupons when available and they always follow up after the work is done to make sure I am satisfied with the work performed..... More

I've been a customer of Rallye Acura for over 12 years. This is the first review I've posted on-line. I own a 2005RL that was brought in for service for a variety of items including a timing belt change ( This is the first review I've posted on-line. I own a 2005RL that was brought in for service for a variety of items including a timing belt change (over 100,000 miles) that was recommmended by Michael Denfeld after he listened very carefully to a few of the "noise" issues I had described to him. He was very intuitive as to the cause and effect of these issues and confirmed a number of items that needed to be addressed after a review by the mechanics. He was able to confer to me in plain english what the techical issues were involved with these repairs. Enza was also very helpful in scheduling the appointment with a very covenient and urgent sense of timing, along with the follow-up on exit. I've also worked with Chad on many ocassions and he has also provided me with excellent information and follow-up for maintainence/repairs on my RL and my wife's 2001 CLS. In all cases both Chad and Michael were also very sensitive to the cost factors involved in these repairs over the years and made their best effort to accommodate me with very reasonable charges. More

I have owned Acuras since 1987. I bought my current RL from Rallye and have been satisfied in all respects. However, it is the service that binds me to Rallye. In this regard, Chad Tammaro, my Service Adv from Rallye and have been satisfied in all respects. However, it is the service that binds me to Rallye. In this regard, Chad Tammaro, my Service Advisor, the "face" of Rallye Acura fulfills my expectations. In particular, Chad's knowledge and experience with Acura products help to translate my sometimes vague descriptions of the problem into actionable service requests. I would also like to express my appreciation for Enza's initiative and follow up. Together, they provide a comfort level that is important to me and helps distinguish Rallye from other dealers. More

I have been going to Rallye Acura for servicing of my Acura for over 4 years with Chad Tammaro being my main service advisor. While everyone that I've interacted with at Rallye Acura has been very pleasa Acura for over 4 years with Chad Tammaro being my main service advisor. While everyone that I've interacted with at Rallye Acura has been very pleasant to work with, I feel that Chad consistently goes above and beyond, always very thorough with the service checks, letting me know when it's time for a tune up but never overbearing, so I never walk out of there feeling like I've been pressured into spending money on something I don't want. I have over 100,000mi on my car and I'm still bringing it to Rallye for servicing, I think that says a lot about trusting your service department. More
