Service prices at Rallye are not the cheapest, but there is none better when it comes to quality of work done and customer service. I have been to other Acura dealerships for service, and Rallye is by far, is none better when it comes to quality of work done and customer service. I have been to other Acura dealerships for service, and Rallye is by far, the most pleasant experience. I have shopped around to get the best price, but firmly believe that you really do get what you pay for. I just had a major service performed at Rallye on my 10-year old Acura, and I cannot believe the difference in how great it drives. You can certainly find other Acura dealers that will do the work for less money, but I have found it better in the long run to have the work done by a more knowledgable group of technicians and customer service staff. Oh, and one more thing, Chad is awesome!! You would be wise to ask for him personally. Be nice to him, he will take GREAT care of you!! More

We were extremely pleased with the service we received at this establishment as first time customers. Chad is a very pleasant, accommodating and knowledgeable advisor. I have been a customer of Rallye Acura since 1992 when I purchased my 1992 Legend (still being used in the family - running great - just some body rusting problems). In 2010 I purchased a 2009 RDX. All of m purchased my 1992 Legend (still being used in the family - running great - just some body rusting problems). In 2010 I purchased a 2009 RDX. All of my experiences through the years, both in sales and service, have been excellent. I was just in to have my RDX inspected. This is the first time I have ever had my car inspected at Rallye - what a pleasure! As always, I waited in comfort. When I called for an appointment I was given one immediately. When I arrived at my appointment time, Chad took me immediately, told me I would be out in less than an hour, and kept me updated. In approximately 50 minutes, I was told my car was completed, and I left with my handwashed car. All of the staff of Rallye is to be commended for the excellent job they do EVERY day! I set up an appointment for my NYS inspection, and to have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power have my clutch looked at, as it was not grabbing all the time. The Saturday before my scheduled appointment, I was on the LIE and the car lost power and would not respond when put into 1st or any gear. I had the car towed to the dealer, it was Saturday at 4:45 PM, Chad was there ready to leave for the day, he was so helpful took care of me and even gave me a loaner car. My 2010 TSX has only 11700 miles on it and the clutch was gone. I have been driving manual for at least 40 years, and never had a clutch go on me before. Chad informed me that the clutch was not covered under warranty, but since I had been a customer for so long he was able to look up my history with my previous manual transmission car (which was a 1995 Integra), he managed to get a good portion of the repair covered. He kept me informed all week as to the status of the negotions to limit the cost of the repair. My clutch feels better than it did when I purchased the car new and I am extremely satisfied with the repair and with the attention I received from Chad. More

This is positively the best service department I have ever been too! Chad and Enza are 2 of the nicest people I have ever met. You should be proud to have such wonderful employees as them. I came in for an A1 Service to my 2010 Acura MDX. Upon pulling up I was greeted by a young man who noted some information and directed me into the service area where I met Chad. I had a very positive experience during my recent service visit. I was met at the parking lot by a service attendant who promptly took my vehicle and recorded the pertinent information. Chad Tammaro was extr visit. I was met at the parking lot by a service attendant who promptly took my vehicle and recorded the pertinent information. Chad Tammaro was extremely polite and helpful. He followed up later the same day with a telephone call to provide a status update on the repair. Pick-up was also very easy and the vehicle is running well. I will absolutely use this dealership for future service and purchases. More
