Chad is always a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It remembers your name and discusses your issue. My passenger door wasn't working, had him check it, I was hoping it was a fuse. He said, "hopefully. It may be something bigger, perhaps an actuator." Sure enough, it was a $200+ repair. Chad was knowledgeable and upfront about it. Not happy about paying for a repair (car is out of warranty), but I never felt it was Acura's issue. That's the nature of a 7+ year old vehicle. Chad is always terrific. More

Chad, my service advisor, was outstanding as he addressed all my needs. He made sure to call me and let me know what was found, and the time it would take to be finished. IMy experience for my service appointment was excellent. I was taken on time, and the follow-up by Keeyoung was exceptional. Overall my service was performed very quicky and went without a hitch! Having just had throat surgery, I was in a lot of pain and didnt want to go to the dealership to deal with a recall. However, having explained that situation to Chad and knowing that I had purchased the and didnt want to go to the dealership to deal with a recall. However, having explained that situation to Chad and knowing that I had purchased the vehicle elsewhere, Chad was very helpful, friendly, and got me out of there as soon as possible. Because of the service experience I will consider buying my next acura from this dealership. Thank you Chad!!! More

Chad was a professional. He was an excellent listener and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have dealt with all the service representatives and addressed all the concerns I had regarding the vehicle. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I have dealt with all the service representatives in the past and he is clearly the best one you have. He is one of the main reasons we come back. I would rate him 10 out of 10. Enza was also very attentive and made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dealership comment - Pricing / Coupon. I have been a long time customer with Rally. Obviously dealership pricing is more expensive than local shops. I expect that and am fine with paying a little extra for quality service. Historically, we have received coupons for service work, but for some reason we stopped receiving them. These coupons are important to closing the pricing gap that keep us coming back. I would appreciate if someone could add us back to the coupon list or make a note on my account to offer similar coupon discounts as in the past. Thank you for your consideration.
