I had a fantastic experience. Normally I do not go back to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto. I was treated more like a friend than just a to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto. i've had my acura for three years and have done all my servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep it in optimal running order and has never pushed me to do any service that wasn't necessary. enza has taken time on several occasions to address concerns that i had about my vehicle and questions regarding its warrantee. i find each of them to be pleasant and capable of taking care of business. i would not be surprised by any high level of success that either would reach in his or her career. Bottom line is he goes the extra mile. Enza always follows up with a call to make sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied.
