They always greet me with a smile and honestly care about their customers. They go way & beyond over what their jobs expect from them. They always accommodate the customer & remember each customer's schedule and preferences. They are an amazing team & Rallye Acura are truly fortunate to have them in their employment. They treat their customers as they would like to be treated and make them feel like they are part of a family. I wish more people were like them during my constant business dealings. I had a fantastic experience. Normally I do not go back to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto. I was treated more like a friend than just a to the dealer, but with my experiences at Rallye I do. Chad was fantastic in his knowledge of the auto. I was treated more like a friend than just a customer. Chad went above and beyond. He also made sure to tell me to test the car and if there are any addition things, just to let him know. I will continue to use Rallye. Hank More

Great guy, always knows me by my first name. I always refer everyone to him and he takes the time to ask how everyone else is doing. Offers discount even when I forget my mail in coupons. i've had my acura for three years and have done all my servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep servicing at rallye. i usually deal with chad and enza. my car has extremely low mileage and chad has worked with me to customize a program to keep it in optimal running order and has never pushed me to do any service that wasn't necessary. enza has taken time on several occasions to address concerns that i had about my vehicle and questions regarding its warrantee. i find each of them to be pleasant and capable of taking care of business. i would not be surprised by any high level of success that either would reach in his or her career. More

I have been dealing with Chad Tammaro & Enza Comita now for almost 7 years and they never fail to deliver a first class experience. Chad is always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It i now for almost 7 years and they never fail to deliver a first class experience. Chad is always very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. It is very refreshing to deal with someone like this. He is always very accommodating whether it be a loaner car or a "bring it in and we'll take care of it while you wait". Bottom line is he goes the extra mile. Enza always follows up with a call to make sure everything was perfect and that I was satisfied. She is one of the most pleasant and personable people you will meet. It was my pleasure to write this review for them. More
