Service I have a 9 year old MDX. I received a warranty extension for suspension components if they were leaking and causing a clunking noise. At Ralley Acura I have a 9 year old MDX. I received a warranty extension for suspension components if they were leaking and causing a clunking noise. At Ralley Acura ,where my car has been maintained since I purchased it, the car was evaluated and a determination was made that all four dampers were leaking and needed to be replaced. This was done at no cost to me. I had to leave the car and was given a new MDX as a loaner. The following day the work was completed. I am totally satisfied with Rallye Acura. More

During our nine years, we have had a great relationship with various staff members: Joe Filardo, our first sales person (now in finance); Service department:Chad Tommaro has assisted my husband when the cars were bought in; Enza Comito who helped navigate a rental while waiting for our airbag; Keeyoung Moon has also helped us Reza Lavaie was our sales person. We found him to be personable and professional,. He understood our needs as we during prior visits, calls and emails (he responded to them after business hours-very impressive) On Oct 13th, we signed our 5th lease. Lastly Niko Tserpelis, product coordinator, had the patience of a saint as he explained all the new features of the TLX. Niko who was with the service dept., and remembered my husband from bringing in our cars int he past. Niko said to come back any time for further lessons (we will take advantage of that) Jay Rosenthal you have an incredible staff and should be very proud of the dealership. Rallye Acura is actually is closer to my home so I decided to try them. I was specifically referred to Chad Tammaro in the service department and I am very pleased with the excellent service he provides every time. Chad always takes the time to listen to your concerns and explains things in detail. I have seen other members of the service team when Chad is out of the office, and they are all great too. The level of service they provide is superior to other dealerships I have used in the past. Therefore I absolutely recommend them. Needless to say I have not returned to the dealership where I bought my car. Thank you Chad and Rallye Acura for the excellent service. You guys rock! Mark W. More

Rallye Acura Service & Chad Tammaro:Benchmark for Excellence We were clients of Acura of Manhattan since 2005 because of convenience (service and sales were very difficult). When Acura of Manhattan closed, we r We were clients of Acura of Manhattan since 2005 because of convenience (service and sales were very difficult). When Acura of Manhattan closed, we researched other Acura dealers to take over service of our MDX. Though there were closer/more convenient options, we chose Rallye Acura Service and could be not be more satisfied with the quality of work and level of customer care we have received, particularly from our Service Advisor, Chad Tammaro. Chad is direct and honest about every service item we have discussed. He follows up promptly, provides accurate estimates about vehicle readiness, arranges a seamless loaner process and honors coupons. Most importantly, we have never had to return for a failed repair and our MDX runs great - the Rallye Acura techs are wonderful. From drop off to pick up, the Service Team works together to make sure customers are handled efficiently, even if their service advisor is with another customer. So happy we were forced to make change! 1000x better. More
