Throughout the lease they contacted us about turning the car in early. We wanted to purchase a Chevy from Ed Martin and turn the Honda in early. We emailed the dealership and they said that would not be a problem. We had a mechanic come out and check the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. When we came in to purchase the vehicle suddenly the terms had mysteriously changed when we wouldn’t agree to their terms suddenly someone else wanted to purchase the vehicle. I will absolutely not play salesmen games. If you want to deal with an honest dealership do not purchase a vehicle here. Chad Thomas was completely unprofessional. He doesn’t care about his customers. To him you’re just a dollar amount. He sends prewritten scripted emails weekly and when you ask questions he responds with two words. This dude wants to spend the least amount of time interacting with his customers as possible. I get that you have quotas to fill but have some pride in your work. More

When I received a lower price at a different dealership, Chad was on it and was able to beat the price without hesitation. Shelly was great and didn't offer us everything under the sun. He was respectful of our time and our needs. Everyone was great in the sales process, but it was everything AFTER the purchase that has impressed me. When we had an issue with the van a couple months later, to no fault of the dealership, I texted Chad and he responded immediately and got me in contact with the service team. More

Great service, great price, great experience! We find a car online at Ed Martin Honda. We were looking for a small minivan and find the perfect fit there. The price was fair and the car looked to be in great shape so we drove about an hour with our two kids to check it out. We arrived and our car was already ready (and warming up) for us to take for a test drive. We ended up liking the car and making the purchase. While we were waiting for the paperwork, our kids were getting a little ancy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating and got our daughter a snack and made the experience enjoyable. They had just gotten the car in so they still needed to do some inspection and maintenance work on it. We had to leave because my wife had an appointment but we filled out our paperwork and instead of making us come back down there with our two kids, they drove the car and delivered it to us more than an hour away. Great service would definitely deal with them again! More

Treats customers terribly Chad is extremely unprofessional. Tried to shame my husband for looking elsewhere and emailed him stating "I was waiting on you last night and could'v Chad is extremely unprofessional. Tried to shame my husband for looking elsewhere and emailed him stating "I was waiting on you last night and could've left early had I known you weren't going to be able to keep your appointment" THERE WAS NO SET APPOINTMENT. He also tried belittling my husband with other comments he made in an email. We have been LOYAL to Ed Martin, in fact, we've bought 4 cars and have done ALL of our maintenance there. Well, thanks to Chad's unprofessional behavior, we will not be back. Pretty sad. More
