The team does not work together. There is not a holistic feeling around culture and company and every advisor does not care to help others out. If you walk in and your advisor is off There is not a holistic feeling around culture and company and every advisor does not care to help others out. If you walk in and your advisor is off, you are screwed to know where or what anyone can do for you. Also, they will book time but not really make sure it is fixed, just do whatever is needed to push cars in and out. It has been the worst service experience and intend to not go back to them for that. Sales is a completely different experience. More

First visit to this location after a negative experience at a dealership where i was a customer for 8 years. Emmanuel my salesman and Benny in finance were awesome! I went to Advantage Chevrolet to look at New trucks had sticker shock and actually bought a Certified Preowned truck. Advantage offers a 3 day 150 mi I went to Advantage Chevrolet to look at New trucks had sticker shock and actually bought a Certified Preowned truck. Advantage offers a 3 day 150 mile return policy and so I decided 2 days later I changed my mind and wanted a Brand New truck and much to my surprise they honored the 3 day return policy putting my faith back in car dealerships not all being crooks. Advantage Chevrolet was not only honest and transparent but genuinely concerned in making me a happy customer and that they did! I would 100% recommend anyone to give them a try as they have earned all my future business. More

Chad was very quick to get me checked in and my inspection/oil change done. They have a great amenity of beverages and snacks while you wait. I didn’t wait long either and I was in and out within 1 inspection/oil change done. They have a great amenity of beverages and snacks while you wait. I didn’t wait long either and I was in and out within 1.5 hours which is fine for me. They even wash it up for you upon exit. Thanks Chad! More
