I went in for a routine oil change. Waited 3 hours for them to tell me I had a major oil leak and that it was a big job but they would fix it. They had my car for a week so I figured ev Waited 3 hours for them to tell me I had a major oil leak and that it was a big job but they would fix it. They had my car for a week so I figured everything would’ve been taken care of. Not long after I picked it up I noticed it was driving worse than before I dropped it off. Not even 2 weeks later a message pops up on my dash saying reduced engine power along with a burning oil smell coming from my engine. Brought it back in to wait another 3 hours for Chad to tell me I had ANOTHER oil leak. He said he wasn’t sure if it’s from what they fixed or something else so they added a quart of oil along with dye to see where it was coming from and to come back after driving 200 miles. Funny thing was they said the oil leak is coming from the same spot they fixed. Needless to say I felt something wasnt right and took my car to the dealership I bought my car at and showed them the paperwork to find out advantage Chevy did NOT fix my car properly and instead caused more damage. Along with making up things on the customer receipt that made absolutely no sense to my dealership. Advantage chevy should be ashamed of themselves for stating they fixed the issues with my car while actually causing more damage to it. More
