DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM Rainbow Luxury Imports in Covington, LA. The dealership sold a lemon title vehicle to me without disclosing this information as they fraudulently signed my signature to a docu Covington, LA. The dealership sold a lemon title vehicle to me without disclosing this information as they fraudulently signed my signature to a document. I was also sold an extended warranty which you can not use with a lemon title. I returned to the dealership and requested the extended warranty be cancelled which Don McGinnis, who typed up the paperwork but did not send in to Louisiana Dealer Service Insurance. This was discovered a month later when I followed up on it. After moving forward with the Bank to whom I financed my vehicle with. I supplied them with all documents needed to show Rainbow Luxury Imports had committed fraud and the bank requested the full payoff which Rainbow Luxury Imports did. Which means they are well aware that what they did was fraudulent!!! I returned the car as soon as I was notified by the bank that the vehicle was paid in full and my obligations were done. Now Rainbow Luxury Imports is telling me I have to pay my notes to them and to come pick my car up. The loan has been paid in full due to them committing Fraud! I am still trying to get my money back for the extended warranty that Don refused to send in and I have a legal document stating I requested it to be cancelled. I don't not recommend this dealership! Lloyd Guillot Jr runs a very dishonest business. More
