Annoyed with dealer, satisfied with vehicle. I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I could get them down to was $1000 over my budget. The salesman, Nick, was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The sales manager seemed simply unwilling to work with me or budge much at all on price. They fixed a couple of minor issues that I found with the car so I ended up buying it anyway. It's a great car and it sold itself. Still rather annoyed for them for exceeding my budget. More

Chad was so easy to deal with through these sales that when I made the decision to trade my car I didn't hesitate to call Chad. He had the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive the following morning. He was so helpful, and never pressured me to make a decision. He even called a week after my purchase to ensure that I was still happy with my new car, and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. I have to say that buying a car is one of my least favorite activities, but Chad took the pressure and stress out of the buying process. I will continue to go to him when we are in need of a new vehicle. I have, and will continue to recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for a new vehicle. More
