Sales Experience Zac A & Chad W. were very easy to deal with. We came close to a deal. My wife wanted to think about it. She is very ill and wanted to take her time. Worth the Drive Located in St Cloud, MN, Tenvoorde Ford, the world's oldest Ford dealership, is also the best place to buy a F-150 in Minnesota IMHO. Great Prices Located in St Cloud, MN, Tenvoorde Ford, the world's oldest Ford dealership, is also the best place to buy a F-150 in Minnesota IMHO. Great Prices. Even better warranty - Lifetime Powertrain + 10 years of roadside assistance. If you live more than 70 miles from the dealership, you can got to any authorized ford dealer for your warranty maintenance. Other dealers cannot compete: Tried buying at a couple of my local dealerships in the Twin Cities - I live between two of them. Got down to the brass tacks at both dealerships and found one could compete on price with Tenvoorde Ford, but not on warranty and the other was not even trying to get my business with thier prices being way out-of-line. Zach Abfalter, my sales guy, was great. Helped me get the best possible price for my F-150 and for my trade-in. Kolin Miley, the Finance Manager, took the experience a step further and ensured the extras I purchased fit the needs of my 4x4 lifestyle! "I'd give it a perfect 5/7" More

Waste of my time. The visit was to have a truck appraised to sell. A total waste of my time!! I won't recommend to anyone to get a vehicle appraised to sell to you. Good experience turned very bad Well this is going to be a long review heads up. I bought this truck from Dan Larsen after they reached out to me. He was a great guy and helped me out with everything. Then I got the truck and in short things didn't go as planned as there were mechanical issues. Then I went in and talked to the manager Chad and he took it into the shop that day. It took a while to fix but this place made it right and fixed the whole deal for nothing. Tossed me my keys and I was on my way. It may have started bumpy but they made it right and I am very greatful. More

Worst customer service Iv ever experienced !! I bought a used ford truck from tenvoorde a while back only because it was the color and options I wanted, sales rep Dan was pushy and eager to finish I bought a used ford truck from tenvoorde a while back only because it was the color and options I wanted, sales rep Dan was pushy and eager to finish up the sale with me avoiding questions and pushing me for time, after getting home for a few days I found several issues with the truck so I called back and Dan said he would talk to his manager about the issues and get back to me acting as if it was such an inconvenience for him, a week goes by and I hear nothing so I call the sales manager Chad, he says very sorry about this we agreed that the few parts I was complaining about would be sent to me in the mail so I could replace them, again a week goes by and I get nothing so I call back to leave Chad a voice mail again to have no call returned to me about my parts, it would be one thing to say sorry were aren’t covering those broken parts but Chad very clearly stated he would get those in the mail for me right away than didn’t do it so why tell me you would send them in the first place if you weren’t planning to, I than gave one last attempt by calling store manager David and upon his non answer left yet another voicemail about my experience only to have an additional 2 weeks go by with no response. How terrible is it to be ignored by your sales rep, the sales manager and the manager of the entire dealership over what they said they would send to me in the first place, after spending 31 grand with them and not being able to get my 50-100 dollars worth of stuff from them I find it to be ridiculous, clearly they are a take your money and run kind of business who cares nothing about customer satisfaction. In fact I’m rather convinced that after buying this “certified truck” that’s supposed to be so new-like and perfect because of the inspection process that it goes through for the lifetime warranty that they don’t even do the inspection In the first place, it would seem in my case they just say it’s Inspected as good and send it over so the warranty can be validated and put it on the lot making all problems the warranty companies at that point. I will never return to tenvoorde and I would recomend no one to go there!! More
